Order Process
Please use our free quotation form on our website to send details about the product type, material, and finish you require.
If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to call us first. We are happy to discuss estimated delivery times, costs, feasibility, and any other details, no matter how small. Even if this is your first time working with us, please don’t hesitate to contact our staff for assistance.
Once you are satisfied with the delivery schedule and price, and your order is confirmed, please send your production data via email or another method. We recommend submitting data in Illustrator Ver. 8.0. If you are unable to prepare the production data yourself, we can create it for you. For more details on data submission, please click here.
Based on the data received, we will create a product confirmation document and send it back to you. This document will include design, dimensions, specifications, delivery date, and pricing, so please review it carefully.
We require customers to sign the confirmation document and send it back to us. We appreciate your cooperation in this process, as it helps prevent any errors or misunderstandings.
Once confirmed, Production is carried out under the supervision of Japanese staff, ensuring safety and precision.
Once completed and successfully inspected, products undergo secure packaging for shipping and are then shipped directly to you.
After receiving the signed confirmation document, we typically deliver the product within approximately one week. However, delivery times may vary depending on the product, and we will notify you of specific details. For first-time customers, we kindly ask that payment be made within one week of receiving the product. For continuing business relationships, this requirement will not apply. For custom or high-value orders, we may request a partial prepayment. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
How to Submit Your Data
Please submit your drawings, and we will create the production drawings for you.
If your design is not yet finalized, feel free to consult with us — we can create a design that matches your requirements.
Please prepare and send your design data in one of the following ways:
- Upload your file directly through our online form.
- Send your data by email to info@technicalthailand.com.
Please send us your Illustrator data created for production. If you are unable to provide the design, we can create one for you.
We typically work with Illustrator Ver. 8.0 and require the data to be saved in this format before starting production.
Please make sure your data clearly indicates the correct dimensions, materials, colors, fonts, and finishing details. If you have any special instructions, kindly let us know in advance.

Design Drawings for Production
Once we receive your design drawings, we will create the production drawing within 2–3 days and send it to you for confirmation.
After you sign back the approved drawing, we will proceed with the actual product manufacturing.

If, for any reason, you are unable to provide AI data, please consult with us. We can create a design based on your vision to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Shipping Information
Products are shipped directly from our Thailand factory to your location.
We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.
All shipping payments and necessary procedures are handled, so customers only need to receive the product and check its contents. However, for large or heavy products, you may need additional manpower or a forklift upon delivery, so please be prepared accordingly.
To ensure that each component arrives without damage, our staff carefully wraps and secures every part using dedicated packaging materials. We take full responsibility for proper packaging to prevent any issues during transportation.

Shipping Issues & Troubleshooting
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, storms, floods, or dense fog, as well as wars, aircraft malfunctions, cargo restrictions, criminal activities, riots, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, or abnormal weather conditions. However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly arrange a return, exchange, or other necessary action:
- The product has not arrived! (We will check the shipping status right away).
- The product is damaged!
- The wrong product was delivered!
- The shipping carrier charged additional fees such as customs duties!
If the product has any defects, please send us the photos. This will help us resolve the matter more quickly and efficiently.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers only.
For first-time customers, we kindly ask for full payment in advance before proceeding with the order. This requirement applies only to the initial transaction. For customers who continue to do business with us, we require a 30% advance payment before production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Additionally, for custom-made products or high-value orders, we may require partial prepayment. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
